Go to Workshop > Use Resource Packs and then click on the red button with a arrow pointing left of the texture you want to use, if it doesn't work try forcing the texture over others (Click on the arrow pointing up of the texture you want to replace over others). Sorry if you didn't understand, in portuguese my explaining is even worse.
