could you make some improvements? like allowing naval ships to sail in land using rivers like the danube like it used to be in reality

I had used 3 policies. 1 that gave the 20% mil force limit bonus, one for 2 diplomatic relations, and one for 2 accepted cultures. Every once in a while when taking an adm tech it would deselect either of my 2 dip ones. (But i could immediately select them again)

Thank you for getting back to me, I am unable to replicate the bug. It appears its not caused by any other mods you are using.

Does it knock all of your policies off or just one? If it is one policy is it one policy in particular?

Is anyone else experiencing a bug where taking adm tech makes you deselect one of your policies? (Usaully dip policies?) you can take it right back but it is annoying when you lose accepted cultures

When de-railroading the game, you could also get rid of the land units groups, or at least allow to westernize units.

Shadow Dragon, The number of troops required to siege a fort has be modified to account for the reduced army sizes.

Attrition is largely the same. Though due to the smaller army sizes attrition, due to supply, should generally be felt less.

Zar Jan, I am sorry, I wont be making any other versions of the mod that contain only certain portions of it.

I completely removed the monarch point requirement in order to use scorched earth, instead the devastation malus that from using the action has been tripled, to 15 devastation. Which when considering the higher maintenance cost of armies/navies has a larger effect than it would ordinarily. All of the contents of the mod are subject to change due to balance and as I continue to test the mod and get more feedback from people I will make changes.

A lot of the changes I made were designed to shorten battles, so as to prevent these drip feeding battles.

When army sized are reduced need forts the same number of troops to be besieged? Did you change attrition?

In mp the delay to reinforcing battles it causes is significant enough that it can effectively decide whether a battle is won or lost. I've never thought the mechanic needed a buff. If it is buffed and you want to keep it buffed then may I suggest that it's made to cost more mil points as it's already very cheap. Either that or remove the buff to it. Of course I'm only speaking from the perspective of mp in sp I guess that would be based more on ones preferences.

BlazeKnight, I am not familiar with how, considering the bonuses and maluses that scorched earth has in the vanilla game, it would be useful in multiplayer. If you can kindly explain how it is useful then I can consider how relevant the changes I've made are.

The changes I made to scorched earth were more focused towards multiplayer play.

To make the scorched earth mechanic useful in ways other than cheesing the terrible AI.

Uh. Scorched Earth is incredibly overpowered. Lol. The penalty to movement speed makes it to where you can bait AI into losing any war regardless of how big they are by manipulating their bad pathing and underestimating the threat of armies with low morale (via drilling) so that you can stackwipe them continuously until their nations collapse.

You can crunch the PLC as Muscovy in 1444 by Scorching Mozhaisk and just stacking them over and over again until Lithuania dies to rebels, and you can do that as any country.
