Firstly, would Muhammad or a Muhammad-like have existed with the waning influence of Christianity?
Secondly, would Muhammad's influence have been as well received as it was in our time-line?
I feel like you've already answered the second question by making Persia Zoroastrian as opposed to Muslim - therefore, we can assume that Islam's influence was, if not completely inconsequential, at the very least incredibly minimal.
From here, we can answer the first question. If Islam's influence was minimal, then a Muhammad-like figure, may have existed, but was not as historically relevant as in our time-line. You could model his weak influence by having a Muslim minority in Ethiopia (since some Muslims escaped to there) and Medina can be a Muslim province. Medina should be Shia, the other Sunni.

I am considering doing a religion overhaul of that area, it might not for a while, but if you or anyone else reads this, should another religion, like Manicheaism or something new altogether, replace Islam, should Arabia remain Pagan and the Mediterranean being completely Sol Invictus, or should there be a heresy of Sol Invictus of some kind instead, or something entirely different? I would like to hear anyone's thoughts on this subject not only to improve this mod but to just debate on that topic.
It seems incredibly weird that Islam would be this influential considering Muhammad's influencers were largely Christians/Jews; neither of which would theoritically exist in this timeline.

However, I like your world building so far, so I will play on! Good luck in developing this mod more!
