there is a bug when i add the head to the ragdoll theres 2 heads how the hell do i remove the first head

The faces seem to be rather glossy when I change their expressions, but it looks completely fine when the faces are blank. I'm not sure how to fix it.

only for me some of heads' teeth are black? When I facepose them only bottom teeth are normal, but the upper remain still black.
