Can you allow these to be used on Sabre's as well? I feel as if they don't get enough love when it comes to mods adding attacks, awesome that you expanded the current roster of attacks from just Katana's to heavy weapons as well!

Sounds like a character with Lv.90+ in heavy weapons will unlock these moves, much like MA users learn new attacks. I kind of wish all weapons had something like this spread over their skill levels.
