Thanks a lot! That solved it, so it was just me not knowing how to disable mods... X(

Hey Louis, from what I can tell unsubscribing to a mod removes it from your library but doesn't actually delete any mod files from games. This is a Steam-wide thing. To disable the mod, you can untick the checkbox for the mod in the Data Files menu. You can get to this menu from the pre-game launcher (So start Skyrim, click on Data Files and untick the Alchemy mod checkbox). I just tried this with new and existing characters and it works.

If you want to get rid of the mod totally you can manually delete the mod file from SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data (there'll be a .bsa and a .esp file in there).

That's a pretty hilarious bug with the chests haha. Thank you for letting me know! I can see if I can fix it in the near future when I get some time free.

I really like this mod, and it was great to have on a archer character for poison making since it was taking forever to increase alchemy otherwise. However, an issue I've noticed is that it levels up your alchemy even when you take ingredients out of containers or buy them from vendors. So when I went to move all of my ingredients from a chest in my old home to a new one, it ended up levelling my alchemy a crazy amount at once.

Also, I tried temporarily unsubscribing from the mod while playing a character who I don't want to level Alchemy with, but the skill increase from gathering is still happening! Any ideas how to fix this?

Pls forgive my poor English grammar. Thanks, a good idea and a great mod. I hope it wont mess up as I have just fixed/re-installed my game^^. This is definitely worth giving a try...in my humble opinion:)

Heya Necrotic Steel, it does not as applying poison has a different mechanic than consuming items. I thought about adding it but found that I leveled fast enough just picking herbs for poisons. Chances are if you pick herbs for poisons you'll still level up fast enough.

Does using poisons count as drinking them for this mod?
