does she come in 194 start date when it hits 200?

@Dr GOO Is there any way to get a Mod were if i start at 190, she will join me or "spawn" at 200? I play 190 more then any other starter point.

@Adam yes she can drop after his death, I have seen it happen many times, and I had to pick her up in the pool (If she was there), it filly RNG, she been pick up by Ceo Ceo a few time to in the war.

i also want this to work in 190. maybe make separate mod?

@Jade, I could, but instead of actually moving her (as she is already spawned in the world) she would need to be spawned. Have you tried to see if she comes in 190 GC? You never know she might be floating about.

@Adam Sometime she will not stay with the faction after death, there is a "small%" that she will drop and get picked up by others or she was killed or even at time was captured and join Ceo Ceo

Lady Mi 190 would be awesome, I dunno if they broke something in latest patch but she never joins after Tao Qian dies.
