Reanimators get Lesser Reanimate from researching Healers of the Dead.

For the limited action bar, you would simply open the unit info card and access the skills from there.

You do know that abilities that don't show up because the hero has many abilities can be accessed from the unit panel, right? Because I find it a bit harsh to remove Raise Corpse just because of a UI issue.
