Hi, I want to add generic metal hero 04 from the og mod, but i dont know how to use Schema, how do i install it?

i cant get it to work even if it is my only mod.

any source on the artist?

it could be because of copy right claims they had to maybe change them setting so no one can still the work of others but ill happily give some more points for the advise and have a look into it a little further

@Manifesto So steam does thing pretty strangely, and you'll have to navigate for a bit until you find what you need. Brief explanation:
steamapps\workshop\content is where you'll first see folders with strings of numbers. These numbers are basically the games for which you have subscribed to steam workshop mods for. TW3k should be 779340.
Going into that, you'll find more folders with even more strings of numbers for names. These are then the individual mod folders. Mine is 2412775213 and as i type this and check my own folder i see the issue now...
Steam either changed it, or I forgot that subscribed mods are packed into .PACK files...

It's going to be a bit of an investment in effort but if you really want to remove the pictures from the items you can open and edit the .pack files with a tool like Pack File Manager or Rusted Pack File Manager (I've used both and they work fine without bricking my PC)

so ive been trying to edit these files like you said although i cannot seem to find these files.. as i have a single folder that comes under a string of numbers and a note pad.. am i missing something?

Great news mate!! thank you i never knew i could do this am using the Japan Version of this mods but half the portraits have actually there steam username and gets Quite annoying seeing this huge thing over your screen does not look pretty lol at all!

You can do that yourself quite easily by modifying my mod a little. Download the mod, then navigate to where your workshop items are installed. normally 'Steam\steamapps\workshop\content', then once you've found the folder that belongs to this mod, find ui\ancillaries and delete the ancillaries folders.

am curious could you just make one with the portraits themselves instead of the items being woman also? if so i would happily download it

Sorry to interrupt,but it seems there's a bug whit the yellow turban's scholar...The portraits "3k_main_hero_generic_female_yt_scholar_face_01" became invisible in game.If it's convenient,please fix it.Thanks a lot!

@Xindi82, it's just placing the pictures that you want in the correct folder, and then modifying/cropping the pictures so they appear properly ingame.

If you open up my mod with winrar/winzip, you can poke around the available folder structures and use that as a guide.

@Midnight Falcon thank you for the reply, all is working perfectly, i do how ever have another question i hope you can help with, how do you change the UI portrait of a character, i want to change the look of my faction leader to match your mod?

It's going to conflict with any other portrait mods, unfortunately. As for load order, load it behind other portrait mods if you want to see the portraits from my mod.

Love the mod, just 2 quick questions, 1st: does it work with the mod you get the portraits from? 2nd: does it need to go anywhere special in the load order?

Both the Qiao sisters work fine for me. But Lady Zhen's body portrait is invisible. Empress He has a new body portrait, but her head profile is still using the old picture.

The funny thing is, that Da Qiao works just fine.

Regarding the portrait bug: As SenSation314 already mentioned Lady Zhen is just gone. But there is also a bug where Xiao Qiao has the pertrait of a captain.

No problem take your time.

Your new portrait for Lady Zhen doesn't work in campaign and custom battles, she becomes invisible.

Lady Zhen's portrait becomes invisible when i activate this mod.

One of the generic blue female general pics is borked.
You can see which one it is by starting as Tao Qian in 190.

One of the generic purple female general pics is too far left.

absolutly stunning mod. I had some more beautiful mods before, but this one triumphs over them by leaps and bounds in sexyness and slutyness. fantastic work, thank you. I love the fact that you even took the time to modify all the porraits of the advisors which i have never seen before. Truly another step to making three kingdoms in the best manhua stratagy game. my favourite things combined. Truly thank you, man/girl (woman)!!!!!
