Unfortunately I had this map designed without the mod on so I do not think it is possible to change now

Hi Mytoten, fantastic map! I'm really loving it! One small note though, is there anyway to make the roads left-hand drive? My left-hand drive mods don't seem to work on this map.

Hey Myoten, i really like the map, but for some reason the castle is now purple and white... any clue why that is?

if i remember correctly this was not the case before.

I have found that every time I start this map I get a message "Resource Missing" and yes I have the other mods on the map page loaded. I love the map but the message resource missing I think stuffs up the game later in the years.

@NearTheHere I use the aster 30m resultion to create maps. This is not enough resolution to just paint rivers, so I use the in-game terrain"flatten" modelling tool to create rivers. I first flatten the river bed, then paint with slope threshold (paint if slope <0.1). this paints only the flat area which is kind of nice looking. Good luck with your map!

hey myoten i wanted to ask how you created the rivers. i was experimenting a bit, trying to make a map of the yodo line which lays east of this map. im having trouble with the small rivers which look great in your map but when i set my water level so that all rivers are filled, they are way to wide at the coast and overflood the town land. so you maybe have a very good source of heightmaps? or it really comes down to draw them manually by hand to make it realistic?

@thomashoughton97 - at the main screen in game select map editor. In that screen, at the top, is the option to select/load a map. Click that and select the map you want to load.

Hey, I'm not sure if you'll have an answer for this, but after subscribing to the map, I now cant find the map to use in a new save. TIA

@commero123 To change the start date, you need to load the map in the map editor, change the date and save it. Then you can start playing with Free Game > Play Map

@Mr Hat and Clogs I have the game in French so when I placed the industries they popped with French description. It is possible to edit the industry names, as you would rename a line for example.

Heya, love the map... but is there any reason why names for things are showing up in French? Like 'Oura Raffinerie de petrole.'

Stunning work. I stumbled upon this map from Colonel Failure's playthrough on YouTube and I really like what you done with the detailing.

As much as this map is hard to run because of all the trees, it also makes all the difference. Most maps look naked and dead because of the lack of trees. This looks alive. The terrain is great, and challenging to work around in the game. The little handcrafted features are a really nice touch. Looks in part realistic, in part very artistic. The result is absolutely stunning! No other map has captured my attention and stimulated my imagination like this one. Easily my favorite.

Can you make a big european map from countries like Germany?
