a.portokalis May 20, 2015 @ 6:12am
That's great! Just tried it out on PSG and it works perfectly....
One problem though
My team is conceding a lot.... There are games that I win 5-3 etc.

For the winger/inside forwards, I tell them to cut inside get forward whenenver possible try killer balls and run with ball often. For AMC, try killer balls get forward whenever possible simple passing move into channels. RCM, simple passing killer balls switch ball to other flank. LCM, simple passing dictate tempo. ST, run with ball through centre, move into channels, if its a player with good strength like drogba or lukaku then shoot with power if not place shots but thats up to you. RB/LB get forward whenever possible run with ball down right/left mark opponent tightly

rhyss99 Sep 2, 2014 @ 6:00am
@leonardo_666, thanks ended up just doing it with man utd, won the league, two cups and runners up in the Communatity shield rh with this being my main tactic, then decided to go for the champions league go to the semi against man city didn't go too well loss one nill still won the league so it is a tactic that will bring you success but you will need to do your homework alot because this tactic plays through balls past the full backs so have an alternative tactic which is well train and a goal fest tactic
The SlugSlinger  [author] Aug 23, 2014 @ 12:21pm
GK: Distribute to defenders, pass it shorter
RB/LB: Dribble more, run wide with ball, cross more often, cross from deep, stay wider, close down more, mark tighter
CB: pass it shorter
LCM (DLP): Close down more, tackle harder, mark tighter, pass it shorter
RCM (AP): Dribble more, close down more, more direct passes, shoot often
AML/AMR: Dribble more, get further forward, more direct passes, cross from deep, cross aim centre, roam from position, (I also add 'allow wide players to swap' on team instructions)
AMC: Roam from position, move into channels, close down more, shoot often, more direct passes
ST: Roam from position, shoot more often, move into channels
dumblesore Aug 22, 2014 @ 10:09am
What have you got for player instructions?

hey guys how does this tactic download cant find it
SuperMatteo May 27, 2014 @ 2:19am
with real madrid i changed this tactic to attacking style.....212 goals in all competions (157 in league!!!)...won everything except champions league, but thats for that scripted shit this game sadly is (sometimes the game doesnt want you to win, you completely dominate, then you score a goal, 1 min later opponent equalises....happened 3 times in one game and 2 times a penalty). But thats not fault of the tactics here, it works great.

start of the game*
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 2:14pm
Yeah that normally happens, you'll get them cheaper at the start of the season but you can still get them at lower price just depends on how good you are at negotiating but you can still get players like Benassi who is just as good if you can develop him properly. No problem mate just glad I could help!
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 2:10pm
thanks for the help mate
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 2:10pm
i get 20-30 million but top players wont come as teams like althetico and bayar charge me 40-45 million for players like kroos, muller and koke
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 2:05pm
tbh I dont really manage in England so don't know many english talents but there's a website that I use to find players I haven't already discovered, http://www.footballmanagerstory.com/best-fm-2014-players/

Hope this helps. :)
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 2:02pm
Guido Vadala is a cheap substitute for Driussi, if not cheaper and they're both similar type players although I don't think they can join your club until they turn 18 cos of some rule in Argentina, that happened when I signed Vadala for Atletico
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 1:58pm
James Ward Prwose I heard is good but don't know how much he'll be. Also, Sebastien Driussi at the start of the game is very cheap, with release clause of £1.6m although Barcelona and Milan always get there first. If you can get him, get Mata to tutor him and he'll easily replace him when he retires. (my fingers are starting to hurt loool)
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 1:55pm
yeah I just looked him up, he's not bad. 4th isn't too bad, still get champions league football but how much do you get, surely as united you should get quite abit? If money is a problem, then I'd highly reccommend signing Marco Benassi depending on how far in you are. He's a 19 year old centre mid from Inter and is available at the start of the game for like £5 million and turns into one the best centre midfielders when he turns 24. He's a cheap but very good Koke type player
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 1:53pm
carrick will leave in next few years as hes 34
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 1:50pm
phil jones is my captain and hes only 23. his leadership rating is 17 so he leads my back 4 although if there are any cheap english defenders or mids i would appriciate the help.
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 1:47pm
some of these players are too expencive to sign. ive signed mats moller daehli to help in midfield and he works well but even though agaisnt big teams it works well. ive beat barca 3-0 and munich 4-0 twice but havent beat hull in 7 games its why i can win UCL but only finish 4rd in league. if you are ever looking for a young LB ricardo from wolfsberg is gold
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 1:42pm
when*
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 1:42pm
Koke can assist goals for Costa and also does the dirty work with ease, rarely loses the ball and hardly anyone can get past him with he's in top form. He breaks down attacks and starts counter attacks as well, I'd like to see him in the prem in real life one day.
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 1:39pm
hmm I hope this works for you. That's a nice team that Balanta and Capezzi are quality wonderkids, Marco Reus and Mata are class as well. Personally, I'd get rid of Carrick and replace him with a better all round midfielder like Koke or Verratti. (Go for Koke, he's the glue in my Atletico midfield). It feels like your back four are talented but quite young, maybe you could do with a leader back there? Someone with some experience like Hummels but I mean you should be able to challenge for the title with a team like that
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 10:24am
using a different tactic i won champions league but i struggle in the league which is why i am trying this formation
carlrussell98 May 6, 2014 @ 10:23am
my first team is one of the best utd first teams in reacent years

De Gea
walker, jones, alvarez-balenta, ricardo rodrigez
carrick , capezzi
reus, mata, januzaj
costa
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 10:01am
@luis If you have players good in the air and good at free kicks and corners, then I'd also reccommend training on set pieces, especially corners as you can score a few goals through corners. My centre backs Alderweireld and Balanta score around 10 goals from set pieces a season and Diego Godin doesn't score alot but when he does they are usuallly big goals against barca or real which win me the match.
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 9:57am
@luis Well it depends on who you're playing, I normally let my assistant do the training but when I have a big game I normally train on defensive positioning if it's away from home. If it's at home or against teams lower down the table, then I focus on attacking movement.
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 9:55am
@daz Yes I normally close down opposition strikers and show to weaker foot. If it's players like Messi or Ronaldo then I tackle them hard so that maybe I can break their legs or something lol, that way you'll have one less problem to deal with. If they have an attacking mid I show him to weaker foot and tackle hard. For the wingers I also just show onto weaker foot
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 6, 2014 @ 9:52am
@carl Sorry for late reply, a bit busy atm. Just out of interest, what players did you buy? I would say that you need players with good teamwork and work rate and make sure that you have players that are to win the ball in midfield. The main thing I believe you should have is a solid back four and a world class keeper (which De Gea should be) as when your attacking you'll be may be vulnerable on the counter
[FSN]GartEgan85 May 6, 2014 @ 9:36am
Hey thanks but what training routine would u recommend??
daz2091 May 4, 2014 @ 1:30pm
you use opposition instructions?
carlrussell98 May 3, 2014 @ 1:00pm
2nd season improved team aswell
carlrussell98 May 3, 2014 @ 12:59pm
any extra tips for this tactic im playing with man utd and its just not working
The SlugSlinger  [author] May 1, 2014 @ 6:27am
It depends, if your attacking players can create goals for your strikers and your strikers can score alot then you should be able to score alot of goals. I don't see why you can't score the most goals in your domestic
!!STRAND!! Apr 30, 2014 @ 11:51am
How many goals does this tactic make?
The SlugSlinger  [author] Apr 23, 2014 @ 6:34am
nice nice that's good to see
SuperMatteo Apr 23, 2014 @ 2:17am
With this tactics (and a lot of good signings) i marched with Rasenball from 3th Division in Germany to the Champions League Crown within 9 Seasons. On the way i won a First Division and an Euro League. So, cant complain...
The SlugSlinger  [author] Apr 21, 2014 @ 11:37pm
Wow that's actually quite impressive
