Stop being snowflakes. This is a war simulator and realism is key. Good on this mod, and tbf, if you don't want them, also adding an option not to. Mod dev has catered for both realism and selective fantasy for those who wish to do one or the other.

using this on safe mode, but unfortunatly (thankfully during testing) the safe mode got disengaged and both the fishing boats on my contact log aswell as my flag had swastikas on them. upon returning to port the flags in the harbour were still the safe version.

@s0d0 As longas you dont upload videos of yourself playing the game, no. Within your own four walls you can have as much swastikas as you want

Can you get into trouble for using them in germany?
I know the rules of usage of the swastika are a bit crazy, so I wonder if using this mod can be seen as inappropriate usage.

This just does not work

So i went in and got the safe mode all set up. But in the targeting screen still getting the swastika flag. I have cleared the cahce and not sure if i am missing something possibly. (for streaming purposes) Anyone have this issue and a solution?

Cant see any "new" Flags. How do i activate a downloaded Mod anyway^^?

Hey just asking but I have tried to play this mod without swastikas but to do so I would require to download Microsoft Excel which is itself a challenge, any chance you could provide a solution for those without Excel?

please update mod! game gives a script error, also without the mod, ships now have question marks in their names and distance is calculated incorrectly.

hi, I was looking to change the historical german flag for a "safe" flag, reading the comments I saw that the mod had 2 versions but it was not noted in the description of the mod for me in French... But when I switched to English on steam i saw a completly new description with a very detailed method of how to do it! thanks again for your mods guys they are game changer !

@Starkwood thanks I am investigating. I can see the safe flags works normally but the flagbook icon fails to load if safe mode is on. Do you have any other problem?

when i set it from True to False its working again. i want safe version but True not working my friend xD

@all a new version was released, should clear issues with the button for the booklet not appearing. Please make sure to clear the Temp folder in the AppData folder to ensure the change is correctly accounted for.

Quick update as a fyi, I started a new game with no other mods apart from this one and still no booklet option. Regards

@all there should be some code safeguards in place now to prevent the booklet from not loading. Please report any problem

@all I have reproduced the booklet not working, however it is not 100% as it appears to sometime work, sometime not. Looking into a fix.

@MrWhite all flags will be mirrored when looking from one side of the sub because of how the texture work, there's nothing that can be done about that.

However, it is also historically correct that on naval version of the flag (ensigns) the swastika was inverted on either side (a "through and through" design)

Hi, I dowmloaded this mod a few days ago and it worked fine. Today although the flags on the ships and sub are as expected there is no icon for the identification booklet. The only thing that has changed is patch 9 was downloaded. Not sure if that could have had an effect. Regards

I got a problem with that mod. Deleted cache files, and activated only this mod. Started new game, but toggle button don´t come up in UZO or periscope. I cannot open it..

do we have *that* one specific flag in this mod?
