I patched your mod with a few things, Hope you don't mind (mostly the OT_SLAVE stigma but also added a variant that's lockable used in a new start). I did not include any of your original assets, merely used FCS to patch the properities.

Step 2: put men in this outfit
Step 3: put them on crucifixes to send a message to your enemies

I'm not sure how to say it correctly. I think you should chage the faces or the normals in the 3d model. Because on the screenshots you see at the characters face that the sun is comming from left and at the dress it looks like its from right. I can't tell it better, because I don't understand it better. I only know in Fallout I had this probelm often and swap faces or normals helped.
