so is this mod abandoned? i'd be sad to see it go because its my favorite mod.

Would it be possible to make this mod to work with the advanced character search mod? It'd be really helpful to be able to find characters with these traits.

Some more suggestions-feel free to ignore them:
The inverse of Keen-Eared should be Hard Of Hearing and not Deaf. Deaf should, if implemented at all, be at least as impactful as blind. People born deaf are severely disadvantaged in developing language skills, if they don't get into contact with sign language, which would often be enough to disqualify them from ever ruling (alone). And the first school to at least teach deaf children of wealthy families literacy was only founded in the 16th century.

As a suggestion for a trait with prowess penalty negation: 'Muscle Memoried': +5 Penalty Negation for prowess, +5% xp gain for hastiluder and blademaster traits - simply being able to learn movements fast and effectivly. An inverse of this could be: Instinctive Reflexes: +5% prowess, +5 Hostile Scheme Resistance.- Fast reflexes allow the person to capitalize on their natural abilities, and literally dodge malicous attacks.

I love this Mod! Are there also non-congenial versions of the traits? If they wouldn't be congenial, I'd love it if you could get them by simply living long enough - Wrinkles could make your face more friendly or scowly, and age often harm eyes, ears and lungs.

Oh, technically yes. I don't really care about achievements so I forgot they changed that.

I can't reproduce that on my end. Is this an old save from 1.8 or a new one? If the Icons are solid pink/purple with no text, not just unlocalized text, then that means the traits exist in the save but are invalid and the game doesn't know what they are. This should affect either all the traits or none of them, not some, as I changed next to nothing in this update.

That's sweet. I've talked to him on the disc so it's nice to see you guys coordinating. I think he said he's mostly finished with that new mod so hopefully he can check after that or during a break.

Stik and I have actually talked about that, I have a fork of Trick or Trait on github that works. I haven't posted it on Steam myself because I want his opinion on it, but he is busy working on his new mod right now.
