@Dab, I actually started a reset game button but put it into the too-hard basket, especially as you can just reload the mod for the same effect (pretty sure the decks shuffle after mod load). I might try again at some point though. For the reset water buttons I'm going to look into that.
Other than the Vanguard/Molgur fix (which was basically a bug) there were no changes to the composition of the main deck, which was awesome to see that my sleuthing conclusions ended up correct.

Last update was a bit of a rework of things. Fixed some bugs; added manual; added event advance button.
