Cool proof of concept! I would love to see a dynamic water system that you could use on any map but alas, source has its limits. Still, great map!

"Dynamic Water" is water particles you can download off a website and put them into the particles folder for hammer. I don't know how to make particles so i downloaded it. Anyways, thanks for telling me all this stuff.

I kinda did them but I mean of cause not textures theyre using.
I don't exactly understand what you precisely mean by "Dynamic" but I just used good old source particle system.

If you dont mind me asking, I saw you had water particles which seemed really cool. Are you using the Dynamic Water particles or did you make them?

Well you have to do your own material.
I used refract shader to fake nice water.
As you may have noticed it has no reflections like normal water does.

So i have been making a map in hammer that has rising water in it. But when I use the good water textures and use the "func_water_analog" it turns into this bad brownish greenish water. When i opened your map on hammer i saw you did the "func_water_analog" but somehow your water is good looking. Anybody know how to do that? Any help will be appreciated!

I wish there was a vdynamic water addon for gmod where the water has the same animation and physics like on this map where the water flows over, up, down, and through things especially if there is a weapon that shoots water the mod would effect that too especially water on other maps
