Updated to new format.

Small Update:
This has been updated to work with the new HD Customizer/HD Police Files update.
Some small visual changes have been made.

The non flashing version is up on the workshop if anyone is interested.

You can't, not yet anyway. This is just a menu mod. I do plan on putting a "ready room" in the police station, I just have not made it that far yet.

how can i get to the room this menu shows?

I will make a second one. Without the strobes and with better lighting. More like the original.

This loading screen has so much personality I love it! I kinda agree with qqq3 though. Is it possible to slow the strobing of the lights? Something like one passing of the lights every 2 or 3 seconds?

The original did not have the flashing lights. In a lot of ways it did look better. It certainly was easier to see what your character choices looked like. I just thought the lights fit the theme better.

It is far from done though. Everything is subject to change at this point. I could also make two versions. One with and one without.

That's great! You have done exactly what many people here would like to have, I am sure. And the main thing is that all your mods perfectly match the idea and style of the game itself. It is clearly visible that you love this game. Thank you so much for your work.
But maybe... the flashing light is really a bit annoying.
