Needs update for 1.13.

I'm not sure if it still works, but it should theoretically, provided there haven't been too many changes. I haven't used MGR in a while.

PranKim: Apparently, the guy behind Spouse Designer re-did things, and now believes the two are compatible without this mod. My testing has shown that to be true, so far, though MGR's developer has said some of the mechanics in his latest update had to be disabled and\or adapted with temporary placeholders, so it's still to be determined if they'll be compatible when that update is completed.

In other words, this mod (shouldn't) be needed any more, but we'll see if that holds.

thanks for this. the custom spouse not being your starting spouse was in effect regardless of shattered realms being on or not, though they did still appear in your personal court

It still works with the latest update.

@nyyfandan If you ran Shattered Realms it wouldn't work correctly. Depending on your load order, either the realms wouldn't shatter at all or your designed spouse wouldn't be married to you.

What exactly was breaking? I've used both of these mods, but didn't notice anything really
