@Valex :: Would love to see Unique Building/RICO version as well as Campus DLC version (as gymnasium with Elementary/High School/both sub-building maybe?)

I don't know what it's used for in real life nor do I know Russian-Google-fu at 1am but I'm guessing it's not *just* a high school.

I'd be happy to lend my engineering assistance in setting that up, if you're into that.
