Note: YOU MUST GET THE ADDON FILE, NOT THE WORKSHOP VERSION!
Head to Addons/svmod-1.4.0/lua/svmod/compatability/sh_vcmod and literally remove everything, and save it blank.

No clue if this will cause issues, but it's been working fine for me for quite a while.
