Has anyone here tried subs from Wegmans? They're really good.

Anyone know what this building does? for some reason in my game this unique building has made my city property value increase dramatically across multiple tiles for land. not sure why though.

You will find that people from Rochester NY, where Wegmans has originated, are unusually enthusiastic about their local supermarket chain. It is a very good store, rated #1 on national surveys for customer and employee satisfaction for decades.
You see, half the year the weather is really bad in Rochester, and being from Rochester myself, honestly there really isn't much to do on a dreary winter day than go to Wegmans.
Their deli and prepared hot food section is amazing, and they are very generous with samples.
I'm autistic, and I pretty much grew up as a kid in Wegmans, even worked there for a few months once. Yeah, I'm a Wegmans geek.
But I moved away and now I have to deal with the inferior shopping experience everywhere else.

also the Tri count is unussually high, any reason?
