sub to the mod if not done, then start the game, then you'll have to go to mods in the game and find the mod in the list.
if the arrow to the right is pointing down, the mod is on, but if it is pointing up, it is off.
if off, click the up pointing arrow to turn the mod on, then the game must restart, so it'll have you close it. start the game and your good to go.
if the mod is already on, your good to go.
last thing you have to do to use the mod's things is go to the tech tree and unlock them.
now you can use the mod's things in the campaigns. yes, campaigns, as each campaign's tech trees have the mod's things to be unlocked.
if you don't see them in the tech trees, keep playing and unlocking things till you find them.

i like the mod, but 1 thing with the Power Source.
i'd like 1 that only does power generation with no range, so i can control what it powers. the idea is that it'll power the things it is next to. can you add that? the new Power Source's icon can be changed somehow so we know what 1 we are using, maybe a recolor to red?

unlocking KILN in serpulo is something you can only do a while into the campaign, like three levels or so, the other planet works from the start :)

Updated to accomodate Erekir. Some small changes have also been added within, but they should fix the main issue with the port.

I am unable to get the mod to work, I don't know if there's something more i have to do other than just subscribe and then launch Mindustry but nothing changes in-game. when i go to the mods tab it says no mods and when i go to research in the campaign there is nothing different. what am i doing wrong?

Works fantastically (date 12/26/2020). Thank you for updating and uploading this mod! I got pummeled by a boss after 2+ hours of playtime and died a bit on the inside. With this mod I can actually win now. Ty again Invalnorious.

If you wish for it to be accessible ASAP, then you should set it earlier then the Kiln as it's a bit of time before you get access to it...

While it defo sounds like a good idea, in my eyes it also defeats the purpose of it being a Cheat Mod, with stuff that should be available as soon as possible.

If you want to, feel free to upload your own alt mod though, as long as the OP is credited somewhere.

You could incorperate this into your own mod, all it does is change the research and change the name to "ZMod AltV" but you can do with the name as such as you like... If anything give it a look over?

It works as intended and no longer locked behind the dumb kiln.
Now it makes more sense - at least to me...

While i won't yet share it - i'm looking into making a "ZMod AltV" That instead of locking ALL the spawners behind the Kiln, they will be locked behind the descovery of the various resources.

In other words, You can't make the Thorium spawner until you have produced at least 1 thorium or the same goes for Cryofluid.

Ofcs, that means things like Copper, Lead and Coal are among the first few materials you'll have access too, but that's okay.

NOTE: As i said, looking into trying to do this, not sure HOW, but i'll eventually figure it out ^_^

REPEAT: Will not "release" this AltV of ZMod until i got approval to do so. And i also first need to be successful at it ;)
Until then... This is just in the works, but felt the need to inform.
