Updated the Video once more with better contrast in the colors to hopefully better show the subtle emissive scrolling.

TYVM! @SubZero_RO - (I love the avatar/ pic btw) classic original MK movie Sub zero :-) -- always loved that fight scene with him and Liu Kang and the bucket of water. :-)

Well I appreciate the compliment, and the feedback (thanks for elaborating a bit atleast!! :-) Debby has an uncanny knack for making things look soft and fluid and.. just awesome in general.

It was very difficult because Khora is a pretty spikey / blocky design with a good amount of hard edges on her other helmets, so I wanted to keep that aspect of her design with this as well since it's just a helmet and not a helmet + a skin.

I understand what you are saying though! Thanks again Rattiger!! :-)

Don't get me wrong, it is a rly good piece, awesome work! But... you say "the silhouette is pretty on-point", I'm confused with that, cuz its not on point, at the first view it kinda looks like that, but it is not. So many things are diffrent, I'm to lazy to count them and making a list xD the flow of the shapes of Debby's Artwork are more fluid, less stif looking. The only thing where I think it looks better in shape, are the longer tails.. and maybe the lights, but I'm not totally sure about that. Idk, still a good work and I think I would buy it.

Added a video to display some slight dual emissive scrolling:

Note: This probably isn't what it would look like in game "exactly" -- but it's kind of what I was shooting for. (A slow pulse similar to what the Khora Delphi helmet has).

Also, in order to capture the panning I had to record with OBS. For some reason Marmoset's encoder didn't want to capture the emissive scrolling, so please forgive the slightly sub - par quality.

I'm not sure exactly where you mean. The only parts that really differ much are the way the top middle blades are angled, and the tails are a bit longer, which in my opinion, adds so much character to her. But as far as everything else goes, it's pretty close to the concept. Also keep in mind that I was looking at other concepts from Debby and discussing with her the whole time as I made changes, as well as feedback from our V1.

I am curious where - specifically - you think it doesn't feel right. Because if you look at her paintover, and the 3d model, the silhouette is pretty on-point, from a front, 2/3, and side angle?

Thank you for the feedback regardless! I do appreciate it very much! Just confused a bit as to where you think it's not fitting / matching the paintover - to the point of not looking as good!

The porpotions/forms of the helmet designed more like the sketch of Dabby Sheen, that would be better I think.
