when did the pyro start working for Gallagher .~.?

I'd say use the Frontier Justice taunt animation for this. Have a barrel appear before the pyro, he strums the mallet saying "barung" (like how he would for the air guitar taunt he generally does), then he bashes the barrel.

Also much like how a dove has a chance of coming out of a gibbed scout, make a similar chance of scout gibs coming out of the barrel.
