District Styles have never worked on Industry areas, sadly. You will need to use your bulldozer and make historical" tools to control the Industry look.

Which means after subbing to that collection I have to go thru all 500 mods and find 154 missing asset and prop dependencies.
That is what explosivebadass is talking about maybe you should play test you own mod with the loading screen mod on.

What errors, specifically?
This Collection and Style work fine.
If it isn’t working at all you’ll need to use loading screen mod and get the error report for more details as to what is wrong.
