因为直属州非常重要,建议砍行政容量,比如说在专制时代前把行政容量限制一下。同理王冠领地也需要限制一下,比如低王冠领地时可以增加行政容量和最低自治度,高王冠时减行政容量和最低自治度。超行政容量时也加一下荒废,这样能确保不至于一开局就每月30+点数进账。
另外荒废度不建议每种思潮都直接加,可以比如接纳殖民主义时,旧大陆加荒废度,新大陆减荒废度;接纳全球贸易后,贸易节点和生产高的省份减荒废,内陆非贸易节点加荒废。其他思潮也可以类似逻辑处理一下。
最后就是堡垒减荒废太无脑,如果暂时没有其他好的修改方向,建议每级堡垒的维护费增加,并且占用陆军上限和人力。
