How about an option where it "kills all organic life" but does ZERO pollution, then use the new coding the DEV put in to allow the other side to surrender when their population goes to ......say 50%?

I understand the DEV's wish is to say "the best move is no move at all" (wargames ref), but this is a game I purchased and would just love to be able to actually "win" with no "the world is in ruins, you are a bad person".

I hope I am not alone with wanting this.

Neutron bomb doesn't really cause more pollution, it's cobalt bomb which does that

I'll give this a try, since I really like your other mods. However, the 'neutron bomb' was conceived as an "anti-armor" or "ABM" weapon. (To produce immediate/prompt radiation casualties in otherwise protected tank crews in the first role, and to produce radiation-induced malfunctions in incoming nuclear warheads in the latter.) The idea that they can kill the population of a city whilst leaving the infrastructure intact in a misconception (burst height to produce lethal doses would be close enough to wreck the city, even if most of the energy is released as neutrons).
That said... This would be a really neat addition if 'conventional forces' were part of the game. Or, maybe as an enhancement to the ABM tree? (As it was intended?)
Keep at it, TARSUS! I'm loving the content.

Your initial paragraph implies that the ERW kills the same amount of population for smaller missiles, is that correct? Also, could I suggest to move ERW to its own research, not tied to the boosted fusion research? Since the scientific focus is on a smaller weapon with less thermal/kinetic effects, keep the same amount of time to research the same as the boosted fusion research. Like the diversity of your mods. :steamhappy:
