@pizzaguy it was built, they were just in service for little time and nearly nobody used them, they were converted to desiro trains a decade ago

I think aside from the class number it's entirely fictional.
It looks nothing like the concept for it, and even parts that were universal to all networkers like the headlight clusters are gone.

The idea is that the bulk of the electrical equipment (pantograph, transformers etc.) is stored in the driving cars, with power being transferred to all bogies in the set

Look like the power of the train comes from only the motor compartments in the driving cars, while all other networkers have power coming from under-floor motors. Are they designed like that or did you imagine this?

After watching a video on these failed networker concept, this turns up. Great mod, though for a regular IET passenger, those gangways between coach are so weird being that wide. Wish all trains were like that!
