I had a look at your asset in game today because I was searching for a nice shopping center for my actual project. Compared to most other actual assets the textures look not good. I don't think the resolution is the problem because most assets of this size have 1024x1024. I am not an asset creator, so I don't know what the issue could be.

@tobby_t: Do you mean the resolution of textures or something else? I think 1024x1024 px is sufficient for this building. I also had some light setting incorrect when I took the screenshots here, so the building may not look its best.

I like the building very much! Unfortunately the quality of the textures don't fit for me. If they would be updated, you would get my sub and the thumbs up for sure.

Pitäisi mallintaa muutama lisää, teksturoida paremmin ja tehdä niistä jonkinlainen setti. @prepo, Oletko miettinyt tehdä suomalaisia 60-70 -luvuilla paljon rakennettuja valkeita lamellitaloja. Nuo venäläiset talot eivät oikein tee kotimaista esikaupunkia... :)
