I believe Warlord or Dreadnoughts are quite good. Theocrats are very good. Since Lizardman inherently get less mana production races get better. But sorcerer is still strong.

At the moment. It's pretty big changes coming to Shadow Realm expansion which will change alot of things later on.

There may be a few small updates more to make current content manageable. But I give them attention when I get time. :)

I suggest to freshly clean user content folders.

After removal update all content. Start with Wasteland Expansion, Decodence map content, Shadow expansion, shadow realm rmg and this compatibility patch.

Then stay clear of old man and the sea, dark elves, corrupt the source add-ons until I updated those.

Now I have shadow realm terrain spawning on the surface and shadow realm structures/visit sites/resources appearing at all levels ( I have hit restore default several times)

Seems like one of the dwelling passes for the Living Archons jumped out of their "pass". How this happened is beyond my knowledge of this mod editors as they live there own life from time to time.

But its fixed now.

Btw Syrons always can spawn of surface and in the Shadow realm

Hmm. It might been a side effect linked to the fact that lizardman dwelling was removed recently from the update I will check to see if the update was wrongly set since this should not happen.

I have not yet updated the other comp patches since it's a lot of to do. At the moment.

But I will check it out. And you pressed default button?

Is anyone else having only Shadow Realm Dwellings appear? I started a new game and there were Living Archon Dwellings underground and above ground and none of the usual Dwellings.

An update is inbound for this mod.

It's a large update. The interactive mods of Wasteland Expansion and Shadow Realm Expansion is going to feature Cosmos Adept and Cosmos Mastery that will take advantage of the Shadow Realm layer.

Several new spells were added to complete the Cosmos Mastery branch.

In addition to this. 30 new custom heroes will join the various races. All heroes will mostly use new abilities featured from both expansions.

@all Syrons is featured in the Shadow Realm from now.

Syron get Shadow Walker and dwelling can now spawn in the Shadow Realm.

Syron units are featured in some Gemstone Mines and can spawn on Crystal Trees.

It makes it redundant. Since all changes is transferred into the Shadow RMG. However I have not yet seen the results to current active games how it affects.

Is the intergration in said mods making it redundant, or is all the intergrated things cut entirely? Would running it still cause issues?

@all Shadow Realm mods just received an update recently. Decodence RMG Interageration has been cutted out from the main mods.

This reduce the requirement of 4 mods into 3.

I will update all mods and compatibility mods to exclude this mod as a requirement.

@Xiphos Fraznoir As most of us who started modding we made mods with the mod guide available. http://aow.triumph.net/data/Modding/Modding_Guide_v1.pdf

Teaching someone to make models, reskin textures, making icons, adding stuff in content editor and then link everything through the mod editor in each rpk is a quite lagre task in itself. I recommend to start by learning the mod editor and create basic things in order to go more advanced. Alot of people has no idea how complex the editor is and how unreasonable the rpk system intrigreat with each package.

Most of the work I done for most mods here I'm afraid it's thrown together by a lagre team with different skills for except Wasteland Expansion which I created myself. I used alot of tricks to create Lizardmen and Nomads but nothing out of ordinary that require 3d modelling or rigging.

This is a very good mod. So Gladen I have a request. Can you teach me how to make races? I'll be making Lizardmen, Syrons, and Shadow Demons playable. I'll be starting for the 1st time so I was wondering if you can teach me.

The Shadow layer is linked to the default button. When all 6 mods including this one are active pressing default in RMG menu will add Shadow Layer to the generator.

When playing without mods. The default button must be pressed again to unlink your previous RMG settings meaning that the Shadow layer is still in cache.

Sadly we have no option to add button or drop down menus inside game

Strangely, I cannot find any shadow gates. The other thing is, trying to generate a map without the Shadow Realm files and this causes the game to crash. Never encountered a mod that breaks the game when it is not active before!

@all Good news to everyone who is using this mod. The Shadow Realm mod has seen an update recently and I intend to update this mod with the latest changes.

The content were updated to include Killer Instinct from Destruction Specialization with Nomad Slayer and to include Nomads in the Raise Dead spell from Necromancer in text.

The latest version concludes all changes made for both expansion and combines everything that were needed to be included.
