For some reason I went on TF2 and it said i had found this. I had a decal tool but couldn't use it for anything else so I modified it to have my account picture.

cost 7.49 euro in store and 1.33 ref in trades but it is the best way to honor your clan if this get to be removed from crafts and drops it will cost 4 keys to get it
also make it marketable.

The medal's surface is too bright that; you can hardly see the image under lighting and bright areas; and in the dark areas; the colors seems to be vanishing and the decal tool customized image looks like colorsless and imageless. Nevertheless; it's a cool misc (best badge item in the game IMO) and especially looks great on Soldier.
