Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings III\game\common\genes and look for the file "09_genes_special_misc" and edit it via notepad.
Look for:
> shaved_baldness
index = 1
> baldness_stage_1
index = 2
> baldness_stage_2
index = 3
And edit all the three indexes to 0 (index = 0)
This will remove all the balding patterns from all your males in your game.
The balding pattern feature was added from the CK3 1.12.1 Scythe update and is not a bug or feature coming from this mod.
Thanks
Perhaps we shouldn't be saying things without first actually validating? Literally helps nobody.
Like Dnomyar96 I have isolated it to just this mod. There's a scope issue reported upon CTD within the immortality event script. The specific error may well just be a red herring. But there's something wonky happening within that script.
Please update so I can continue to use this wonderful mod.
Script location: file: events/immortality_events_set_age.txt line: 781"
[11:03:39][jomini_script_system.cpp:276]: Script system error!
Error: has_variable trigger [ This scope doesn't support variables. Scope: Kaya Lowborn of (Internal ID 61038) weak (Character - 61038)! ]
Script location: file: events/immortality_events_set_age.txt line: 781
Ps: whoever "Kaya Lowborn of" is is not a character I've granted the immortality trait
This would be useful in a matriarchal society as it would allow for immortality to pass on without having scores of immortal sons fathering scores of immortal bastards, restricting immortality to the female line for indisputable genetic continuity (you don't need to prove motherhood), & I'd be able to preserve a smaller "clean" list of immortals without the clutter I'm having to prune out of my dynasty. If male children were just mortal I wouldn't have to keep revoking immortality for them
I tried to mod this myself & sort of got if half-working but I couldn't fully figure it out & gave up, so your help would be greatly appreciated
