Many errors with this mod. Still have not found a good WHQ game in TTS

Have you ever looked into using models from Total War Warhammer and scaling them down, by any chance?

for Centaurs, you could just use Centigors, if it ails ye.

does this include the adventure book and rulebook? And if so how do I access them

Well, I shall identify myself as the creator of the dungeon tiles. I created the models myself and I maintain the accounts which the models and textures are linked to (I only checked the url of the Fountain objective room matched my original mod, but if one url matches then the rest probably do too). I had my own (unscripted) version of this up many years ago but the lawyers from GW came along and issued copyright warnings so TTS pulled the mod down.

It's nice to see that the tiles and textures are still being used in the most modern version of the mod - sadly my custom re-creations of the magic cards and item cards didn't survive into the modern version. If you'd like to add them as optional alternatives, I'm happy to supply them as I believe it took me a good 30-40 hours to re-type every card by hand.

Just want to compliment you for the great work on this mod, good job! Thanks alot. And nice collection of models.

Small update: I haven't been able to afford a new computer yet (sadly it's way down on my priority list), so the mod is still on hiatus and will be so for a while yet.

But I think you should all take a look at "The Adventurer's Guild" here on TTS, you'll be surprised and amazed I'm sure. All I'll say here is that it's way better than my mod and it's almost fully scripted. ;)

Also; Thank you Sassy Red, I'm glad to hear you've been inspired to get the physical game and that your sons enjoy it. :)

Hey I just have to say how awesome this mod is, especially combined with some of the other warhammer quest mods and Littlemonks additions. I had never played it as a kid (too old - it was hero quest for me). This mod has inspired me to spend a small fortune on an original 1995 board game and am now playing it with my 3 boys (4,6,9) who are loving it. Thanks so much.

@Baneken they were the best I could find on the workshop. I'm not a 3D designer, so I have to make do with what I can get.

Those dwarf models at least are from world of warcraft MMORPG (WOW) so technically belong to Activision-Blizzard.
Khorgan  [author] Jul 7, 2021 @ 12:55am
@Fishbowl they should be in there somewhere.
Chricki Jun 25, 2021 @ 2:46pm
Awesome work, thanks a lot!!
fishbowl May 14, 2021 @ 11:26am
does this include the rules?
Khorgan  [author] Jan 24, 2021 @ 4:22pm
@Star-X: Glad you can use some part of the mod, so go ahead; use and abuse to your heart's content. :)

@Valdur: There might be a rulebook in the mod, I can't remember. If the grey brick you're referring to is on one of the fold-out panels at one end of the table, then change your colour to Black and you can see the contents of the hidden area. ;)

@Everyone: As we're in lock-down here in Denmark I haven't had a chance to go buy a new computer, so you'll have to have patience with me.
Valdur Jan 16, 2021 @ 12:11pm
Hooo, this is legit amazing. Hope to see it finished so that I can run some games for my group.

By any chance you'll include the Ogre that Andy Chambers released? I don't remember if it was in a white dwarf or somewhere else.

Oh, and I seem to have run across something weird. Either the game is lacking the Rulebook or mine is just a grey brick that is completely intangible; any way to fix that up?

Love your work so far, though I'm in this less for WHQ itself and more for using the tiles for Mordheim and/or Dungeonbowl. Atm your tiles and doors are the highest quality ones on the workshop!

Wish Lizardmen of some kind were playable heroes though. No idea why Chaos Warriors are playable for some reason, but Lizards aren't, despite the latter being a begrudging ally of the other forces of Order at various times, while the former would in all likelihood kill the others simply because they're all technically enemies of Chaos, and then make himself the lord of the dungeon. Yeah yeah I know, different era of Warhammer, but still stupid given how even then, the only Chaos followers who'd actually ally with the forces of order for even a small amount of time were Malal followers, given the shared hate of Chaos.

Eh, at least Mordheim can use these tiles and has a fully functioning Lizardmen warband. Two, if you count the old OP one as well as the more recent balanced one.

Yeah, I know, couldn't find good Chaos Dwarf models. Had to make do.
Artur Jan 2, 2021 @ 3:11pm
world of warcraft dwarf models xD
Sassy Red Dec 17, 2020 @ 2:39am
Awesome, can confirm its fixed. Love your work.
Khorgan  [author] Dec 16, 2020 @ 11:35pm
Doors have been fixed and should be working again. But to make sure you don't load the faulty ones please go to:

C:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\Tabletop Simulator\Tabletop Simulator_Data\Mods

and delete everything but the WORKSHOP folder (If you delete that one as well you'll lose all your mod subscrptions).

This way TTS is forced to load what is in the mod and not what you have already downloaded to your computer. Then everything should be working.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention Sassy, The problem seems to be a missing collider or a faulty path to the one I have uploaded. Sadly it's late now and I have to get up early, but it will be fixed within 24 hours from now.
Khorgan  [author] Dec 16, 2020 @ 4:03pm
I will look into that as soon as I can. They shouldn't be doing that.
Sassy Red Dec 15, 2020 @ 6:36pm
Fantastic stuff, I really appreciate your effort. I have a question around the door obj models. They seem to be missing (for me anyway) and as a result they don't have any collider and fall through the table? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
Khorgan  [author] Nov 25, 2020 @ 11:56pm
You're most welcome, it started out as a pet project for me to play with some friends and I thought "why not share it with everyone else?" ;-)
RandomDude Nov 14, 2020 @ 2:49pm
Thanks for your hard work man I'm going to try it out now
