The Extraction tool yea sorry the url is dead but this one is what you need https://gamebanana.com/tools/5868
I have stated prev tho that this addon does nothing on it's own it is only use is for maps which don't bake the textures into the level, This is a modders resource compiled into an easy sub addon which you need to extract in order to use.
The Atomic Edition v1.5 has the below episodes, all of which the textures exist in this asset pack.
Episode 1 - L.A. Meltdown
Episode 2 - Lunar Apocalypse
Episode 3 - Shrapnel City
Episode 4 - The Birth
This pack is all .vtf (Valve Texture Format) so any mod or tool in GMOD which loads these should at least in theory load this pack aswell so long as its enabled in GMOD or you have manually extracted the addon into the correct folder in your GMOD install directory.
Hope this provides a better answer for you.
I have not been actively supporting this addon for quite some time now. I did notice a few of my links now don't exist so I can fix some of them, namely the ones for the Source engine tools that I have collected over the years.
Unfortunatly I don't have the Normal Maps anymore, but you can easily make yours with a good program like http://store.steampowered.com/app/269450/ which is the same sotware I used, you can then make any fine adjustments in software of your choice. You would have to re link the normals to the textures though.
I am not sure what you mean by "Map in Garrys Mod" I did not include any map with this addon. Just for confusion sake this addon is materials for Hammer Editor for Source SDK or user made maps or models which use the textures included.
