You should expect an update very soon.
It's a bit more work given all the new provinces in other areas of the world.
Franconian usually only refers to German Franconian.
There is some still work left, but should be fine otherwise.
I did think about Dutch, as some claim its ahistorical. But I feel that Low Frankish/Low Franconian, doesn't add all that much more, when Dutch originates from the Middle-Dutch term of Diets and is a direct continuation of the old low franconian language.

Im looking forward to see if the basegame will be giving modders and the player more abilities to create new counties and move baronies around so that a singular barony county of the Tournai & Tournaisis can be added.
