This doesn't appear to be fully functional anymore, as some characters will now have regular CK3 portraits over their sprites if both Arkknights and HGW are enabled with this.

另一个问题，Fate修改了on_action的death文件，而幻萌入侵也修改了同一文件，此处并未进行兼容，导致舰娘总督法无法生效。

本mod中修改的东西在幻萌mod更新中都没动，但是，00_councillor_triggers.txt文件中的can_be_spouse_councillor_trigger有问题，导致婚舰与誓约者无法成为内阁中的配偶，建议照抄幻萌mod对应段落。（我才不想让舰娘们嫁个臭男人来凑齐内阁）
