The Shadow had -100% magicka regen and destruction as a major skill... Would sub but that is annoying me.

Version 1.2 released. It's a more balanced +25% to Majors instead of +100%. Older version available on Nexus.

Version 1.1 released. Wording changed for all stat regeneration and some minor bugs have been fixed.
