Shiny! But now that Firefly has a shuttle keyword (came with the Still Flyin') shouldn't the C8 Pisces Shuttle, the Venture upgrade, have that keyword?

I really really love the idea behind these, I hope I can play them in a game soon. Quick question, did you mean for the cargo hauler to not need to spend 1 fuel for a full burn?

I took the boxes from an mod that offered generic boxes for public use. I thought it was time a Firefly mod didn't have things in drawstring bags! Your ships and ship cards all look great!

@TrekScout Only as 3d prints from places like Thingiverse, but nothing official. These models were taken from the game website's "holographic display" and adjusted to fit TTS requirements using Blender (mostly simplifying to get under the filesize limit.) I think most 3d printable versions out there do the same, but of course require more effort to get them to work as a real print.
Doing a quick search on Thingiverse, it looks like user Devari has most if not all of them as simplified, printable models... Though there's def a lot of higher-detail versions on there too. (As an aside, you can easily substitute the Cutlass Black for the Blue, they're similar shape, just a different canopy.)

As for BGG, I do know it exists! I actually used some files from there to help fill out the graphics for the ship boards and cards I made up (and shamelessly stole the boxes you used for your FF setup.) Though I am not the most social, heh. I just lurk a lot.

Can these physical ships be purchased anywhere?

You should post this to the Firefly forum on Board Game Geek. They have a lot of fan expansions that can actually be purchased. There is a printing company, PrinterStudio that will print the cards and 3D modelers who will make the ship. https://www.boardgamegeek.com/forum/1370377/firefly-game/variants . I am sure the very active Firefly community there would love to know about these.
