While it mostly still works, it makes habitat construction impossible and enables some weird megastructures (empty megastructures with part of code logic as names).

Terraforming megastructures, when they have used on their assigned planets, will create a planet with no special modifiers or rare resource deposits.
The Orbital Arcology has no name or description, just "DESC_"
The Nicoll-Dyson Beam's "portal" only shows up as a weird box

One suggestion, however: Do you think you could make a version for this that also includes support for the megastructures in ACOT - Balanced Megastructures by Apocalypto?
