@Cesare-9029 I changed the percentage I was using from 100% to 1000000% and tested it, seems to be consistent now.

Hmm...it doesn't seem to work anymore. I've been doing the usual wincest stuff with both parents having pure blooded but it doesn't always appear on the children.

@MLOplay The mod should still function just fine. I will update the mod so that the launcher and mod play nice when I have a chance.

We need to update

@SPmods
1. Yes
2. I'm assuming you're just asking if it's possible, rather than asking me to do it. Answer being: maybe. Sounds fairly complicated though as I have limited experience with modding. I recommend checking that out in the ck3 modding discord.

What happens if you have pure blooded on 2 different characters from 2 different families? will they still produce pure blooded children? I assume this to be true, and if so, is there a way you could make it to where those children would have a 0% chance of inheriting?
Rikke Jan 6, 2021 @ 7:12am
maybe i made a mistake somewhere, but the game clearly states that pure blooded will be inheritated if both parents have it. However it is never executed ingame.
like you say, there's are 75 percent chance.

but the game says otherwise in the menus. which i believe is a bug. So thank you for this mod.

@Gwen
Nah, the vanilla file states the following value for the trait:
both_parent_has_trait_inherit_chance = 75

Hope you like the mod though.
Rikke Jan 5, 2021 @ 1:03pm
the game is supposed to already have that feature. im playing the unmodded version and it clearly states ingame that if both parent have the trait it will get inherited. HOWEVER, its buggy. And will only count one of the parent trait as legitimate. So you will never get 100% only 50%

@jesusjr,
Yes it does.
jesusjr Oct 2, 2020 @ 2:29pm
does this work 1.2?
Atlas  [author] Sep 30, 2020 @ 7:52pm
Mod has been updated to reflect patch 1.1... Have tested it and still works.

I'm no modder so take this with a grain of salt, but I've compared this mod's code with 1.1's traits file, and it doesn't look like there are any significant differences between the two.

Update please

cool cool, best of luck. :)
Atlas  [author] Sep 11, 2020 @ 4:38pm
@DC It's probably possible to an extent. I believe it would be similar to the intellect, physique, & beauty traits. I've tried a few tests, but failed. I might try again later.
DC Sep 11, 2020 @ 12:40pm
Immersion question, on Pure Blood could it be changed into a percentage system? Full Blood=100%=Full Bonus, Half Blood=50%=1/2 Bonus, Quarter Blood=1/4 Bonus and remove bonus below say 15%. That way any spouse with the Pure Blood trait would have a percentage attached to them. It also would allow for a Dynasty to slowly over time acquire it that does not possess it. This would all so hook into much of the Dynasties and Royal lines intermarriage in history rollplay wise

@Ceeej, I am glad you like it :)
Ceeej Sep 9, 2020 @ 5:33pm
it frustrates me so much that this isnt how that trait already works, thank you!

好吧,不错的想法和尝试,那么我给个建议,当父母双方都拥有的特质,给与100%的概率传承给子女。。如何?
