Good idea! If my character has limited ammo, so should the NPCs.

I like this, it makes sense, now you cant give ONE GUARD a DAEDRIC ARROW and suddenly there are FIFTY, like if the guard can magicaly make daedric arrows whats the point of em? this makes rare arrows rare as they should

Skyrim making NPC's have unlimited ammo was proably a glitch in the first place, this mod is more of a "fix" or "patch" that everyone should get. Good job on this mod.

Finally! It always aggravated me that they had unlimited arrows, just because it was unrealistic. Some people complain that they like unlimited, but I like the games to be realistic and as least glitches as possible. Thanks for uploading this.

@seeker
yeah it would be nice if they had more arrows...

Seeker Feb 10, 2014 @ 12:54am
good in theoy i like it but city guards don't have many arrows and when a dragon attacks before you have dragon rend to get them to the ground a big pain in the but.

Now somebody needs to tach the bancits how to make arrows.....I assume Forsworn already know since their arrows are somewhat unique looking as ae Falmer. Great Mod!

Look on the skyrim.nexusmods.com for ABT arrows and bolts, you get that and part of the mod will allow vendors to have more or less arrows depending on which you choose. Other parts of the ABT mod changes the speed at which arrows travel and increases arrow/bolt damage.

I don't know of any (I have Dawnguard) but I believe I saw one somewhere in the Top Rated All Time. If not just search around.
americus22americus33 Feb 4, 2014 @ 4:32pm
really? what are some good arrow crafting mods? plus when i try to buy some good arrows from a vender i cant find the right one or not enough
Volman99  [author] Feb 4, 2014 @ 1:44pm
That's true, but there are mods out there that allow craftable arrows and there are still vendors to buy them from.
americus22americus33 Feb 3, 2014 @ 6:33pm
but not everyone has dawnguard
Nomad Feb 3, 2014 @ 4:39pm
With dawnguard, as author said, you can make your own arrows which are very easy. Without the expansion, that everyone should have already by now, you can go to fletchers and blacksmiths, even general shops(who have a more limited supply) to buy them. There's a fletcher in Whiterun and Solitude both are straight across from their blacksmiths.
Volman99  [author] Feb 3, 2014 @ 2:12pm
I understand that but with Dawnguard, arrows are craftable with firewood and their respective materials. That and there are blacksmiths. I see your point though.
americus22americus33 Feb 3, 2014 @ 2:09pm
true i wont mind the enemy running out of arrows it would be great but if it was the same for every npc it would be hard to get some hard to find arrows or to make money off of them without you needing to search all over skyrim for the kind you like
Volman99  [author] Feb 3, 2014 @ 1:55pm
For those that like realism, you don't need the infinite arrow glitch. I never use it myself.
Nomad Feb 2, 2014 @ 9:36pm
They should have done this to begin with, good job finding this out.
americus22americus33 Feb 2, 2014 @ 7:14pm
if u do this than you cant do the infinity arrow glitch
Allie Feb 2, 2014 @ 4:44pm
A fantastic and realistic idea!
Volman99  [author] Feb 2, 2014 @ 3:03pm
This applies to all NPCs that use bows, because in the CK, there is a switch on every bow type called "NPCs Use Ammo". That is selected for every vanilla Skyrim bow.
lxMattAranxl Feb 1, 2014 @ 10:03am
This makes it fair, considering the player is limited, but not the other NPCs. Nice job, bro, increased the realism in the game. b(^.')z
Zack Feb 1, 2014 @ 12:23am
You should also give bowmen more arrows, because they don't have a lot. :windhelm:
Voodoofoo Jan 30, 2014 @ 1:04pm
does this apply to the NPC's who train.
like Guard in Solitude still have infinite arrows?
Romehn Jan 28, 2014 @ 7:35pm
very nice idea
