Sorry to hear that, it definitely did fix things on my end. I don't have Community Flavor Pack installed by the way, that was mentioned in the release notes so maybe that might make a difference?

As a more general fix, if you still have an older version of the mod somewhere on a backup disk or something, one that you know for sure worked on your machine, you can try replacing the local files in that 2218431044 folder with the ones from that older version. (proceed with care though, you may need to delete and reinstall the mod if you mess this up)

That's basically the gist of what I did below. Unfortunately since Steam won't let you download older version of mods, that's also the only way to revert them, you have to keep your own backups :(

Yeah this was definitely broken by the Nov 20 update. But if you're willing to do some editing you should be able to fix it locally like this:

Find the local folder for the downloaded mod, the path should be something like:
Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1158310/2218431044
(exact location depending on your OS)

Now under this folder, there should be a text file in gfx/portraits/portrait_modifiers . Open it and find the line that says priority = 0

Change that to priority = 6
(like it used to be before the update)

啧，还真是CFP的原因啊，那就难受了，CFP现在差不多成必装的一个mod了，不过事件里生效也很好了。
