I downloaded the mod myself from Workshop to test, and you're right, it doesn't apply the modifiers. Direct downloading the mod itself and putting it in your CK3 mod folder does work however. I don't know why. -_-

The mod doesn't work. Not in a saved game, not in a new one.
I'm looking for a way to greatly increase the vassal threshold.

Updated the mod. The game rules include an edit that should point to the very easy difficulty whenever it resets itself to normal difficulty after loading a save.

I've modified the file by myself and have the same problem. It works only when I first start a new game, loading any save resets everything to normal difficulty. Looks as if the game was using different files after loading saves but idk why and how to change that.

nope starrted a new game, even with all my otehr mods unistalled and it doesnt seem to work

it might not work if you have any other mods that modify the difficulty file, either
