Doesn't seem like much of a character to conquer the world with. I thought maybe he could b a decent boss character without it being dumb.

I haven't looked too hard at him, but not all that excited to do anything with him so far.

is there only one guts in the world. mine ran after some bandits and i didnt notice and ended up starving to death

For some reason the Berserker armor is not that good. When I wear it I chest takes lots of damage and I get downed super fast… I read it would have great cover. Also, how much strength do I need to proparly wield the Dragonslayer ?

For the ones not finding him in Catun and you have Genesis: Disable Genesis, import game, wait some time and walk around, you will eventually find him, recruit him, save game, load genesis and import again

hey! somehow i broke mod guess. cant get guts spawned at catun. can he spawn somewhere else? im trying on clean vanilla and started like 5-7 times new game and no guts there ;/

You can try creating invisible armor by creating them in the FCS, duplicate an existing set of armor and change the name of them (remember it's best to duplicate the items while selecting Fernesse.mod in the FCS , the duplicated items may attach to this mod then)

Such mod is specially designed for characters who cannot wear armor

The problem I'm having with this mod is, one Farnese's outfit is her body. and it offers no protection whatsoever. She's essentially a naked woman in combat. Two, Guts is easy to stunlock and be destroyed easily because despite being max stats, his sword is way too heavy for him to properly use and he dies really quick against skin bandits. And three, I appreciate the little details like the scarring, the facial details, the lore added to the tooltips.... But the problems I have with this are /mechanical/ not aesthetic. Crunch, not fluff, as the Grognards say.

A tip for cut efficiency, if anyone cares... If you're trying to get 100%, do 99% instead. 99% works. If you put in 100, it thinks you mean 10, and 10% cut efficiency will get you beat to death by dust bandits, because 90% of the damage becomes blunt and goes right through.

Stupid game mechanic, IMO. There's probably a better way to represent breaking bones from un-padded metal plating than that.

Griffith mod when?

@askandytsai: Sounds like you have an override in place..if you download any mod that also changes the involved spawn list my character will never be called by your game. You will see it is not broken if you load vanilla and my mod only and then run to Catun to go and get him like I did when I tested the mod..then you will find the mod that is causing the conflict and remove it or place it in the correct place in the load order instead of coming here upset. The mod works out of my door, if you break it your end there is literally NOTHING I can do about it cher!

and from Flotsam back to Catun... still no sight of him.... :(

@Yegorka: You installed your animation patch wrong. Check MCA website and any other custom anim mods you are running for instuctions on how to install them properly. I do not use them as they clash with my own custom animations but it is not impossible, you just need to read and follow the instructions on adding new races.

@The: Depend which start you chose. Golden Arc is weaker than Berserk Guts..

How strong is he?

I have a problem with animation as well. Opponents just fall around Gatz. He only occasionally makes a big swing with his sword

@alejocapo04: Always a pleasure to help where I may..if it helps ALL 165 of my mods ARE compatible with each other, you could download them ALL and there would be no clashes. I design my mods to fit in with other modders and my own work so you might wanna mod your machine with more magnificent MiG madness..

I already found the problem was because of the mod "Project -Ultimate Anim Patch-" this mod asks to be at the top of the list of mods I had left it just below the berserk mod and that's why it didn't load the guts model

makes sense considering i have like 40 mods installed

@alejocapo04: God knows. It works for me. I tested it, shared it and for two and half years no other problems. Then you arrive. Just you. That you managed to break it is rare of you, and since it is not broken for anyone else or me I have no way of replicating your error, sorry.

Only know that it is thoroughtly tested against vanilla..I cannot take responsibility for other modders work, nor do I.

You obviously have an error message. On a mod that works. Hmmm..

Hello I have a problem entering the city of guts tells me "error berserk guts character not found" I would like to know if the mod is incompatible with any other mod or I have an error in the game.

i installed the mod but my legs are still busting out that hoe and the helmets in my neck

are you supposed to be able to use the berserk armour with any human race or just the guts race?

having problems with the fitment, my head isnt even in the helmet at all and my big meaty thighs are busting out the pants

Went through the game again and yeah he spawns at Catun but when I play a slave he spawns at Flotsam Village. So weird but awesome. 100 Man killer early game

Will Guts sometimes spawn elsewhere? I only ask cause I'm playing a slave start and escaped; went to Flotsam Village and he was there. Wasn't complaining just wondering if that is normal

@skill issues: Possible causes:
Your display cabinate is dusty?
Your using the wrong type of solvent to clean it?
Because you kept it in your trousers where your helmet belongs?
The lights are off?
You are experiencing power failure due to alien attack?
Your monitor has been switched off by you cat licking it?
You have a mask override issue?
You are wearing the wrong glasses again?
You are having a stroke (if so contact a REAL medical proffessional immediately!)..
