my only problems are the elite's head and the zombine, maybe you can just disable the zombine reskin and replace the elite head with the HL:A one?

If your Expericening the issue where it just Reskins the Prospekt soldiers Try uninstalling some possible maps this is what I did and it fixed it some maps contain there own reskins of Half Life 2 Models these maps are usually Half life 2 Beta maps

I had to admit this is the best combine skin for me and if it has backpack for random combine on it like the Jims Combine Soldiers v3.1 that would be awesome!

wish there was a way to disable the tactical parts, as making them invisible with the submaterial tool still has their "shadows" when you light a scene.
