@Han dan -
I'm sorry, but I don't plan to update it myself, unless someone else does it. I have not been playing or modding EU4 recently.

Update or not? 是否更新

It's almost certainly going to be needed, and maybe, we'll see. I haven't had modding motivation ever since the disaster that was 1.29. Anyway Paradox is going to stall this one out until like December or more, so there's plenty time.

Thanks for the answer anyway. Have there to be on the safe side asked the other modder himself.

Oh and will this mod be updated for the upcoming patch/DLC if needed?
Zephyrum  [author] Mar 10, 2021 @ 2:14pm
Probably, but I don't care enough to
Wotan von Edelsburg Mar 10, 2021 @ 1:52pm
Is there a way to make this mod (see link) compatible with them? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=604203692&searchtext=idea+vari

Yeah it's usually defunct modifiers (number_of_states no longer exists as a modifier)
krovi Feb 14, 2021 @ 8:17pm
I had the same problem- a few nations had a couple blank ideas
Skidee Jan 1, 2021 @ 7:24pm
Sure thing. Accept me friend request and I can dm the pictures
Zephyrum  [author] Dec 30, 2020 @ 12:30am
Can you provide a screenshot so I can look into it? Having trouble reproducing the bug on my end
Skidee Dec 29, 2020 @ 11:36pm
This is the only mod I am using. If you look at for example Ning their first idea has no bonus.
Zephyrum  [author] Dec 29, 2020 @ 11:23pm
It's not, they should all have ideas. Could be mod conflict? Are you using any other mods?
Skidee Dec 29, 2020 @ 10:40pm
Some of the ideas for the Chinese are just blank. Is this normal?
Zephyrum  [author] Nov 5, 2020 @ 7:40pm
Good luck!
JustForFun Nov 5, 2020 @ 7:39pm
Thank you! Will give it a shot and see how it goes. If its bugged, I'll just delete Conquest of Paradise for a new run with your mod! Keep up the good work! :steamhappy:
Zephyrum  [author] Nov 5, 2020 @ 7:26pm
I can't tell on a cursory glance, but missions expanded tends to be fairly modular, so possibly yes. Conquest of Paradise, I don't know, never heard of it.
JustForFun Nov 5, 2020 @ 7:24pm
Does this work with Conquest of Paradise Mod and the Expanded Missions Mod? Or do I need a new playthrough for this?
Zephyrum  [author] Sep 19, 2020 @ 9:50pm
Well, the goal was to prevent people from vassalizing them in the first place. With -50% coring cost on their provinces and guaranteed claims, you're greatly encouraged to make yourself the sole ruler of China.

But in case you completely ignored that, unifying China through the decision will get rid of it eventually.
Sergares Sep 19, 2020 @ 8:46pm
I think once vassalized chinese states shouldn't get the -200 relation penalty for rival dynasty since then it's practically impossible to annex them.
Sergares Sep 18, 2020 @ 2:53pm
great, this is exactly what I was searching for
Wotan von Edelsburg Aug 11, 2020 @ 2:02pm
oh thanks.
Zephyrum  [author] Aug 11, 2020 @ 1:58pm
The best way to explain it is that the mod doesn't make the Ming implode, it's triggered BY the Ming imploding. In previous versions it also did some changes to make it more likely, but they aren't as necessary in the current patch.

Whenever the Ming starts having issues with rebels, the mod's events kick it while it's down and help the new nations reestabilish themselves from the ashes of the Ming.

Alternatively, if you just want them gone from the getgo, there is a bookmark that starts the game with a collapsed Ming.
Wotan von Edelsburg Aug 11, 2020 @ 1:46pm
At what year does the Ming nation implode?

Without the mod, Ming implodes as early as 1600 and has zero Imperial Authority. But with the mod, Ming has 65 Imperial Authority and I am in 1567. Is this normal?

Just because paradox has changed something in the tribute system that somehow they can't pull out any Imerpial Authority whether they have 10 tributary nations. Has the system been taken over or not and there is a scripted event coming to town that causes the Ming to implode?
Zephyrum  [author] Aug 9, 2020 @ 9:32am
Adding provinces considerably increases the maintenance of the mod with every update and hurts compatibility a lot, so I avoid doing that
SirEquinox Aug 9, 2020 @ 3:54am
it'l be great if you add some small Treaty port Province just add some flavor to Chinese Region
also Thanks for the mod
Wotan von Edelsburg Aug 7, 2020 @ 3:11am
thanks, danke
