His mod doesn't seem to be a good backup. Does anyone have an alternative?

@Thundercraft: Sorry, it didn't work either way, new save or not. I did use a mod to move the tree elsewhere but today I've been given a mission to build a massive building and it went into the 35 tile radius and got a massive debuff so I've quickly created my own version of this mod:

This one actually caps at 10 tiles, nkuznia basically just edited the UI radius without editing some value in another file that was used to calculate offset area.

Tried an existing save and a new one and it still does not adjust the radius. Have the mod loaded at the bottom. Probably better off using the replant anima tree mod since it almost always spawns smack dab in the middle of the map where I wanna build my base lol

Sad to hear, but good to know. BTW: Did you try this in RimWorld 1.3?

I'd still be very curious to hear if anyone has tried this in RimWorld 1.3 from a new game (rather than from an existing save).

Doesn't work, at least in existing saves, this basically just disables the "Build radius warning", the debuffs still apply...

... however this works for Shrines. Hence thank you. :D

@PenquinHunter I also can´t get the anima grass growing and in the information tab it has a defuf for structures being near even if there are none in de 10 Block radius, my gess is that the mod broke for the 1.3 update since it work fine before

works on 1.3. if it gives you problems, try putting it lower on the load order

doesnt work on 1.3, while the radius is smaller, artificial structures still have an affect on the new plant growth offset (the larger circle in 1.3), even when outside the white circle.

The ideology expansion will be out on 20/07,and the game version is 1.3 will this mod be updated for that :)? As i will be starting a new game when ideology is out.

Anima grass is currently growing in my play through.
Loving having this mod even if my other games didn't have the right traits to use the Anima tree.
I also notice that the other natural meditation foci (things you can build) still have the original radius, which is crazy. I want to protect the tree inside my base most games. The original radius makes that difficult many times.

I'm so glad for this. Sadly, it is still too big to enclose the tree to be able to have it in a warm enough environment for the anima fruit mod to work, since I mostly settle cold climates, but it might be possible to edit the numbers in this mod. Thank you!

oh thank goodness for this mod, I hated that you had such a large radius issue where you then just killed the tree over and over to get it to spawn some where decent.

Now I can make a fair area for it but still make it somewhat safe for pawns to enjoy without a huge distance to worry about.
