The last update for this mod was 2021, correct? Did you forget again after writing this?

That is sad. Wait, what about the Simple Laser? That's a simple weapon, even if it is a bit weird how it takes ammo instead of using energy or engine power. Is it not possible to mod something similar to the Simple Laser?
In terms of game mechanics, I was thinking a pulsed laser beam could be considered similar to a projectile. Except, compared to projectiles, it would be extremely fast, has more of an elongated or beam shape and flies straight instead of flying an arc.
By the way, the machinegun ports and malot 80mm have not a gunshot sound.
I think it refers to an Audio clip that existed in past versions and is now removed.

Was the raipier (or other weapons) ever given a tweak or update? (In the upper-right corner it says that the last time it was updated was on Feb 15, 2021...
it wasn't touched a lot since, it's meant to be an anti armor kind of weapon, with a very small radius but powerful HE kick

Also I love the 200mm battleship cannon! I always hateed trying to make a small aps with a half decant damnage in a small space.

I cant mod but would it be possible to make a canon like your battleship one and make it changeable in gauge, barrel lenght and shelllenght? So you can make different turrets by using same canon but change the 3 variables to get different stats? Bigger gauge = longer reload, bigger max shells, more damage ofc. Longer barrel = better accuracy, longer reload and vice versa if you make it smaller, as an example.
You mean a hector sniper with a larger caliber and reload time?
What stats would you give it?
(Kinetic/he damage/reload time/range/velocity)
More gun and sniper Hectors are in the works, they are bigger as well as their guns:

it's in there, in the same place where the twin and triple cannons are
think of it like the laser simple weapon
btw i completely forgot about uptating the mod, i'll tidy the latest assets and 2x more weapons are underway!
