it depends what you are asking if works.
Your mod ? A: we don't know ..
shine ? ... A: ofc. everyone is using it
my code/mod? .. A: yes it's active mod

Would it be possible to make it compatible with the Shine Userconfig instead of the vanilla one?

I understood, that you can change the decal in the ServerAdmin.json, but my idea was to allow all players to chose a decal out of many and spray them on command, something like that, but just an idea...

You can make your own custom sprays and add them as a mod.

I have this running on my server and it is one of the coolest mods ever. Any chance to get more sounds and options in? Like more sounds, more effects and decals to chose from.
Especially the spray decal has potential, it could be a mod of its own to allow people spray decals.
