I am questioning if this has been updated for the most recent version of EU4, including the Dropbox link. I am guessing not since the last post on here was on March 5th.

It shows up on the Mod list but does not work, it cannot be selected, fix plz

will there be a 1.9.2 update

It's interesting to see how the different Atlantis mods interpret the legend. From what I can tell, the most accurate location for Atlantis is SW of the Strait of Gibraltar. However, mods like this can be more interesting because they are still cool and the location is more of a challenge (or advantage in a different one)

Downloaded the mod from the dropbox link, since the steam one was not working for me. Now it shows up in the list of mods, but it does not work. My game is up to date and it is the only mod selected. I even tried turning off all the dlc, but that didnt work. The island just doesn't show up. Anybody else having this issue (or know of a solution)?

Has anyone been able to get this mod to work? I have tried for two days now, and I am getting absolutely no where :(

I placed the island for gameplay reasons - I wanted it to be challenging (therefor an OPM) but also with a lot of options for how to expand (borders italy, africa, and byzantium via ocean adjacencies.)

@LiveGame555 all claims about Atlantis is, at best, speculation. Anyone who make any claims about a real Atlantis is prolly not someone you want to be associated with. Yes there are some geological clues that might suggest that a real atlantis did exist and that the story is based on history, but no conclusive evidence has been discovered (that I know of) and if Atlantis was real it would certainly not have been in the Atlantic. If atlantis ever existed it would have been somewhere close to modern Greece or Egypt, prolly in the greek archipelago and certainly not beyond the mideterrainan.

@Livegame There is also good evidence that points to it being a blown up island in the middle of the mediterranean. Where a volcano sunk the island beneath the sea. To support this you need only look to the walls of Egypt and the words of the greek philosopher. He just happened to choose the area which best suits the mod. This way you can enjoy europe instead of facing natives 'til the easterners come.

By pretty big i mean like half the size of france.

Just to inform you Atlantis is in the Atlantic Ocean, it's pretty big, should have 11 land provinces and 1 water province, and all the cities should have base tax of 6 or 7. Also the 11th should be on an island just north of the big island and should be more like 15 bast tax with the resource being gold, and if Atlantis is a coutry in your mod it should have the small island be the capital. This island should be 1 or 2 water province(s) east of florida. @GunZo: Actually, the original myths are theorized to have been based on the Minoan civilization, which was quite advanced compared to its neighbours, was centered on the small island of Crete and a few colonies on other tiny islands (including Thera), and whose rapid collapse and conquest/devastation by Mycenaean Greeks was set off by the Thera volcano's eruption. So yes, there is basis to the idea that Atlantis is actually a small island rather than a big (sub)continent.

Atlantis is supposed to have been a giant continent in the Atlantic ocean. Not a small city-state in the mediterranean.

What is this mod listed as in the check-box selection? I can't seem to find it.

There seems to be somthing wrong with the file. When I run EUIV with the mod activated, it crashes. Conflicting files perhaps?

Mods from the workshop typically take a few hours to appear in the check boxes in the EU4 start-up.

in my experience mods that alter the map do not work through the workshop.
